• Account data: email address, password (hashed), display name when you register
• Authentication: if you sign in with Google, we receive your email and profile identifier from Google
• Payment data: Stripe processes payments; we store Stripe customer ID and payment records for billing and support
• Usage data: prompts, generation history, credits usage, and template interactions
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info for security and analytics

1.2 How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: operate and improve our service; process payments; send transactional emails (e.g., password reset); enforce terms and prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

1.3 Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) payment processors (Stripe); (b) AI providers (e.g., Google, OpenRouter) to fulfill generation requests; (c) email service providers for transactional emails; (d) legal authorities when required by law.

1.4 Data Retention

Account and payment records are retained while your account is active and as required for legal or tax purposes. Generated content may be retained for service operation and support.

1.5 Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to: access your data; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data; restrict or object to processing; and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

1.6 Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Passwords are hashed; communications use HTTPS; access is restricted on a need-to-know basis.

2.1 Acceptance

By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2.2 Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of consent in your jurisdiction) and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

2.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content; (b) impersonate others or infringe intellectual property; (c) circumvent security or billing systems; (d) abuse the service (e.g., automated scraping, excessive requests). We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

2.4 Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of prompts and inputs you provide. Subject to our terms and third-party provider terms, you receive a license to use outputs for personal or commercial purposes, subject to applicable laws and provider restrictions.

2.5 Credits & Subscriptions

Credits and subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy. Plans may change; we will notify you of material changes. Unused credits may expire per plan terms.

2.6 Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

2.7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

2.8 Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post updated terms on this page and may notify you of material changes.
